RakSiam ("we", "the shop") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use raksiamcoinandart.com, why we collect it, and your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").
1Data we collect
We only collect data needed to sell and deliver your order:
- Order details — name, phone number, email, shipping address, chosen shipping and payment method, and any note you add at checkout.
- Payment evidence — the transfer slip image you upload to confirm payment. We do not collect or store card numbers or online banking passwords.
- Reviews — the name, rating and comment you submit on the reviews page, which are shown publicly.
- Technical data — your language choice (stored in a cookie), a session cookie that keeps the site working, and your cart contents stored in your own browser (localStorage).
2How we use your data
- To process, confirm and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
- To verify your payment against the uploaded slip.
- To answer questions you send us.
- To display reviews you choose to publish.
- To keep records required by accounting and tax law.
We process this data to perform our contract with you, to comply with the law, and — for reviews — with your consent. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.
4How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and as required by law (such as accounting and tax rules). Other data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.
5How we protect it
Customer and order data can only be accessed by authorised shop staff through a password-protected admin system. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
6Cookies and browser storage

site_lang) — remembers Thai or English for 30 days. - Session cookie — keeps your cart and checkout working while you browse.
- Cart storage (
localStorage) — keeps your cart on your device. The cart items (products and quantities only) are also kept in your session on our server so checkout works; it contains no personal details until you place an order.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time.
7Your rights
Under the PDPA you may: access and get a copy of your data; ask us to correct it; ask us to delete or restrict it; object to its processing; ask us to transfer it; and withdraw consent (for example, to remove your review). You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
